Huge Cupcake Weekend

I am still trying to recuperate from last week which was full of exitement.

I had a wonderful time meeting friends at my bake sale, along with 5 cakes, I bakes about 600 cupcakes. (Sorry for the pictures they didn't come out very clear)

I baked six different types of cupcakes

Vanilla

Milk Chocolate

Red Velvet

Butter lovers vanilla

Pumpkin Spice

Carrot

Dark Chocolate

Lemon Poppy Seed

I have received plenty of feedback and it is safe to say that the most popular cupcakes where: Red Velvet, Pumpkin Spice, Carrot Cake and Butter Lover Vanilla.

The cake was delicious! I sent her my ideas of what I wanted, I showed her a couple different pictures of the cakes I wanted and told her that I wanted to combined the 3 into one. The cake turned out absolutely perfect! I got so many compliments on it. We ordered the cake for 275 and only had about 200 at the wedding and the cake was gone, some of my friends asked me if they could take some home!! I would highly recommend her!
