Dazzled Wedding Cake

Jinjie, my bride, put so much effort into her wedding and it showed.

It was a beautiful wedding,

I delivered the cake at the San Jose Museum of Arts the venue and her theme coordinated perfectly, even the recent Leo Villareal art exhibition seemed to be part of the wedding theme.

I got to see the wedding couple as they were taking their wedding pictures, I have to say they look like a perfect picture :)

TARDIS CAKE

DOCTOR WHO THEME CAKE

This cake was a surprise for Stacy & Stephanie, it was made to look like the TARDIS; time travel spaceship from Doctor Who.

The twins and their parents spent the weekend in Monterey at the Monterey Beach Resort. Dad picked up the cake and took it back to their room to surprise them.

I was so happy to hear back from Joanne (the twins' mom, my client):

"The girls were surprised and delighted. At first they didn't want to cut it, but they soon got over that. One of them declared it the best cake ever. "

HAPPY BIRTHDAY GIRLS!

Doctor Who is the longest science fiction TV series running by BBC, it was first introduced in the UK in 1963. A TARDIS is the time machine used by the "Doctor", it is shaped to look like a London police box a type of telephone booth a common sight in the UK in the 1960’s. The program has kept the booth because it has become an icon for the show.

Vanessa is one of my best clients, she ordered this cake for her uncle's birthday. I baked a marble cake and vanilla cream filling - which came out delicious! I made black and gold-dusted stars out of fondant to decorated the cake, dusted the entire cake with gold duster lust, it came out great, my client was happy and so was I

I delivered the cake at the new Aquatic Center in Salinas, you should visit it is a great place to keep cool!

PINK AND GREEN WEDDING CAKE

Rosy emailed me a while back to ask for a quote and she soon after our first emails and asked me about making a grooms cake, she was not interested in fondant cakes so she decided to go with buttercream.

I delivered the cake at CASA MARIA in San Juan Bautista, I have to say that I was so impressed with the venue.

It was a beautiful warm day perfect for a patio wedding.

The wedding cake was lemon flavor with cream cheese filling

The groom's cake was chocolate cake with chocolate ganache filling.

Ale is a great daughter and sister not to mention a super student, we are all very proud of her,

I made her a three flavor three filling with organic sweet fresh cream icing.

The cake was delicious! I sent her my ideas of what I wanted, I showed her a couple different pictures of the cakes I wanted and told her that I wanted to combined the 3 into one. The cake turned out absolutely perfect! I got so many compliments on it. We ordered the cake for 275 and only had about 200 at the wedding and the cake was gone, some of my friends asked me if they could take some home!! I would highly recommend her!
