Golden Leaf Wedding Cake

I started working with Bill (Groom) then with Marguly (Bride)the cake developed from a small chocolate frosted simple cake to this beautiful four tier golden leaf cake.

Their wedding was amaizing and the reception decor was full of beautiful details.

Congratulations: "long, healthy, and beautiful marriage"

Cake Details
1st tier (largest) Vanilla w/ white chocolate buttercream
2nd tier Marble cake w/mocha mousse
3rd tier Vanilla w/ pineapple mousse
4th tier Red Velvet w/ vanilla buttercream
The cake will be covered with vanilla cream color fondant detailed with fondant leaves cover in gold powder.

Thomas The Tank Engine Train Cake

this is a budget friendly fun version of my thomas cake.

Stephen, the birthday boy was so happy to see his cake, he greeted me at the door and didn't take his eyes aways from the cake.

My son loves thomas but I had never heard of Rosie, so it was a beutiful train party for a beautiful little girl.

Mermaid/Hula - Ocean/Beach

Hawaiian Luau Pool Paty Cake

My client's daughter reviewed some ideas and come up with what she would like to have - using elements from a couple of the cakes to combine into her own unique version.

The cake was milk chocolate cake with chocolate buttercream .

It was covered in vanilla buttercream, detailed in white chocolate sea shells and fondant sea creatures, the two mermaids and luau dancer were made out of fondant and the beach section was covered with chocolate fondant and brown sugar to represent the sand.

The cake was delicious! I sent her my ideas of what I wanted, I showed her a couple different pictures of the cakes I wanted and told her that I wanted to combined the 3 into one. The cake turned out absolutely perfect! I got so many compliments on it. We ordered the cake for 275 and only had about 200 at the wedding and the cake was gone, some of my friends asked me if they could take some home!! I would highly recommend her!
