I made this cake in tres leches flavor and fresh strawberries filling.
The client requested a very girly cake.
Since it had to travel I boiled the tres leches mixture to make sure that the cake would not spoil in transition.
This cake was ordered to mimick the cake avove.
This butterfly cake was made out of cupcakes and I used a lot of icing to make the butterfly shape.
For this Jungle tower cake
, I made 13 different figurines. I was a challenge for me to make so many figures and they all turnout very cute.
I had to put it together with an audience of over 20 people it was nerve racking.
